The phone system that knows who’s calling.
Business numbers, menus, teams and a phone that runs in your browser — set up in minutes, no hardware. When a call rings, you see the caller, their history and their open tickets before you pick up.

Browser phone
Answer from anywhere. See who it is first.
Your phone opens in a tab and follows you around the portal — start a call on one page, finish it on another. Every ring brings up a caller card built from your contacts, your recent calls and your helpdesk.
- Nothing to install — works on any computer with a browser and a headset.
- Caller card on ring — name, company, last calls and open tickets, in about a tenth of a second.
- Hold, transfer, park, mute — plus speed dials and a dial pad for other people’s menus.
- Voicemail built in — dial *97 from any phone to listen to your messages.
Line 101 — ReadyTeams
Ring the right people, in the right order.
A team is a group of people who share one line — Sales, Support, the front desk. Pick how it rings and what happens if nobody picks up.
- Ring all together, one by one, or shuffled — change it any time from the team list.
- Waiting lines — hold music, position announcements and a limit on how long anyone waits.
- Fallbacks — send unanswered calls to voicemail, another team, a person or an outside number.
- A shared mailbox per team — with its own greeting, emailed to whoever should hear it.
Menus
Build what callers hear, one key at a time.
Record a greeting, or type it and we’ll speak it. Then decide what each key does: reach a person, ring a team, take a message, check the time of day or play a recording.
- Type it, we say it — text-to-speech in English and Hebrew; upload your own recording for anything else.
- Time-of-day and caller rules — a different path after hours, or for numbers you already know.
- Any number, any menu — point a number at a menu and change it later without touching a phone.
- A safe undo — everything you delete goes to the trash first, and can be put back.

Live view
See every call as it happens.
Who’s ringing, who’s talking, who’s waiting and for how long — on one board, updated every few seconds. End, transfer or park a call without leaving the page.
History & voicemail
Nothing gets lost.
Every call is on the record — who answered, how long it took, and the recording if you keep them. Messages land in your email the moment they end. Callback requests stay on a list until someone calls back.
- Call history with filters — direction, outcome, date and person.
- Voicemail to email — the recording attached, sent as soon as the caller hangs up.
- Callbacks worklist — hand a request to a person or a team; overdue ones go to everyone.
- Missed call → helpdesk ticket — automatically, when your Teltech helpdesk is connected.
Included

Every message lands in your inbox with the recording attached. Dial *97 to listen from any phone.

Personal and company-wide short codes — *1 for the front desk, *2 for the warehouse.

How a call travels
The Teltech family
One account. Every way your customers reach you.
Teltech Phone shares its login and its contact book with the rest of the Teltech apps, so the caller card, the helpdesk and your texts all know the same people.

Questions
Things people ask before they switch.
Anything else? Call +1 (718) 957-7771 or write to cs@teltech.info.
Do I need special phones?
No. The phone runs in your web browser with a headset. If you prefer a desk phone or a softphone app, add it as a device for $1 a month — it comes pre-configured.
Can I keep my current number?
Yes. Fill in the port-in form in the portal and we prepare the carrier paperwork. Your old number keeps working until the transfer completes.
What happens after hours?
You set opening hours per day, plus holidays, in your own time zone. Closed calls go to voicemail, a spoken message, a forwarded number or a different menu — your choice.
How does the caller card work?
When a call rings, we look the number up in your contacts, your recent calls and your Teltech helpdesk, and show what we find next to the Answer button. If we know nothing about the number, you simply see the number.
Is there a contract?
No. You're billed monthly on the 1st for what you have set up that month. Remove a person or a team and the next bill drops.
Can my team use it in Hebrew?
The portal is available in English and Hebrew. Spoken prompts can be typed in either language, or uploaded as recordings in any language.
Do I need a card to start?
No. Open an account, build your menu and your team, and make test calls without entering a card.
